Symptoms
A submitted script ends prematurely without running any steps with this message:
'IKJ56600I UNRECOVERABLE COMMAND SYSTEM ERROR'
Cause
If there is an issue with a gatekeeper, example, a bad channel path causes the script to end with the IKJ56600I message.
Resolution
Workaround:
- Identify the gatekeeper and fix the gatekeeper state.
Permanent:
- For Geographically Dispersed Disaster Restart (GDDR) 5.3, Program Temporary Fix (PTF) GD53052 has been developed to correct the issue. It is available to download from Dell Technologies Online Support.
- For GDDR 6.0, the fix is in the base software. It is available to download from Dell Technologies Online Support.
