Cause

iDRAC 不会刷新其存储信息。
 
对 iDRAC 的期望一直是它应该能够刷新其存储资源清册，并将最新和正确的磁盘信息提供给 PTAgent （在 ESXi 上）和 vulcanmon （在 DDOS 上），卸下或插入磁盘时。
 
有时 iDRAC 不刷新，必须手动重置 iDRAC。

Resolution

  1. 使用 UI 将 iDRAC 重置为联机状态。
  2. 按照 BMC 重置（也称为弱电释放）步骤执行冷重置（也称为“弱电释放”）。
  3. 检查并确认相关警报已清除，并且磁盘硬件按预期显示。
