Resolution

Uppdatera behörigheterna för /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd Katalog.

  • Öppna en SSH-session för att PowerProtect Data Manager och autentisera med administratörskontot.
  • Använd tangenten su kommandot och autentisera med rotlösenordet: sudo su
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
  • Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
