PowerProtect 伺服器災難回復備份失敗，並顯示 AccessDeniedException

PowerProtect Data Manager 應用裝置伺服器災難回復 （DR） 備份失敗，並出現異常情況。可使用 /var/log/brs/serverdr/serverdr.log 顯示：

權限設定不正確 /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd 目錄。權限不正確的原因不得而知。

更新權限 /data01/serverdr_staging/postgres_pwd 目錄。

• 開啟 SSH 工作階段至 PowerProtect Data Manager，並使用管理員帳戶進行驗證。
• 使用 su 命令並使用根密碼進行身份驗證： sudo su
• Update the postgres_pwd directory permissions:chmod 777 postgres_pwd
• Update the postgres_pwd directory owner: chown admin:admin postgres_pwd
