Cause

DDVEベースのプラットフォームでは、ディスクは基盤となる PowerEdge RAIDコントローラー(PERC) と iDRAC Lifecycle Controllerによって監視されます。

  • これらのコンポーネントによって検出されたディスク障害、障害、または予測障害は、仮想スタック(ハードウェア→ESXi→DDVE)に渡されます。
  • その後、対応するアラートが生成されます。

Resolution

ハードウェア障害または予測エラーを報告しているディスクを交換します。
交換の手配については、 Dellサポート または認定サポート プロバイダーにお問い合わせください。
