「Data Domain：NVRAM障害が検出されました |エラーまたは障害状態

⚠️重要: DDOSが障害を示すアラートを発行していない限り、NVRAMカードまたはBBUを交換し ないでください 。プロアクティブな交換はお勧めしません。

適用先:

• すべてのData Domainシステム
• すべてのDDOSソフトウェア バージョン

考えられるアラート:

• NVRAM-00001: File system is disabled due to a problem with the NVRAM subsystem
• NVRAM-00002: Battery at low charge and not charging
• NVRAM-00003: Excessive PCI or memory errors
• NVRAM-00201: Hardware fault detected with NVRAM card
• NVRAM-00202: Hardware fault detected with NVRAM remote battery
• NVRAM-00204: Invalid condition detected with NVRAM battery

DDOSはNVRAMサブシステムを継続的に監視します。NVRAMカードまたはBBUで障害を検出すると、アラートが通知されます。
アラートには通常、診断の詳細が含まれますが、コンポーネントを交換しても問題が解決しない場合は、さらに調査が必要になる場合があります。

アラートの解決には、通常、NVRAMカードまたはBBU(統合されていない場合)の交換が含まれます。次の手順で作業を行います。

1. サポート バンドルの生成
2. サポート プロバイダーにサービス リクエストを発行します。

便利なCLIコマンド:

  # system show nvram          # Review card errors and battery status
  # system show hardware       # Confirm NVRAM card presence
