Symptoms

Sanal Makine üretim denetim noktaları alınamıyor. Hata şudur:

"Production checkpoints cannot be created for...".

Yedeklemeler başarısız olur. Hata şudur:

Günlükler, VSS hizmetinin çalışmadığını bildiriyor:

VMWare Servers can show "Get-VMIntegrationService -VMName "XXXX" shows lost comm for VSS".

Cause

Düzenli Windows Server güncelleştirmeleri ve işletim sistemi dosyalarıyla ilgili dosya bozulması genellikle Birim Gölge Kopyası Hizmetinin başarısız olmasına neden olur.   

Resolution

Talimatlar:
Aşağıda, Birim Gölge Kopyası (VSS) hizmeti için dosya sıfırlama işlemi gerçekleştirmek üzere tasarlanmış bir komut dosyası verilmiştir.
1. Üst kenarlığın altından alt satırın üstüne kadar her şeyi bir not defteri dosyasına kopyalayın.
2. Dosyayı " adıyla kaydedinRESET_VSS_SCRIPT.BAT" ve bir yönetici komutu penceresinde çalıştırın.
