Symptoms

Når du opretter en ny politik, oprettes storageenheden ikke.

CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

Bekræftet, at der ikke er noget netværksproblem, intet certifikatproblem, og at der allerede bruges sysadmin til at tilføje Data Domain (registrering fungerer fint).

Cause

Data Domain NFS-tjenesten er deaktiveret.
DD System Manager viser deaktiveret

Resolution

Klik på "ENABLE" på Data Domain-brugergrænsefladen for at aktivere NFSv3.
