NMDA: Postgres backup failed could not connect to database 'template1'

NetWorker Module for Database Applications (NMDA) Postgres backup fail with "could not connect to database "template1": could not connect to server"

Backup Error: 

The command '/usr/bin/nwbackup.sh' did not complete successfully. Exit code: 1. Error: + /usr/local/pgsql/bin/pg_dumpall --file=/nsr/apps/tmp/<random numbers>/<sql script>

pg_dumpall: error: could not connect to database "template1": could not connect to server: No such file or directory

The user credential was not set correctly in the Postgres environment.

Update the NMDA backup script to include the username, database name, and Postgres server IP address.

Original script:
