Symptoms

Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Erroraus.

Cause

Erforderliche Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013- und 2015-Pakete wurden nicht auf dem Hypervisor installiert.

Resolution

Die Agent-Installation erfordert .NET Framework 4.7.2 oder höher, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 und 2015. 

vcredist_x64 wird mit dem Agent verteilt und kann an folgendem Speicherort gefunden werden:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
