Symptoms

バックアップが失敗し、「ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error」

Hyper-V vProtectエージェントのログを確認すると、次のようなエラーが表示されます。

Cause

WSMan:\localhost\MaxEnvelopeSizeKbのデフォルト サイズは500(キロバイト)、つまり512,000バイトです

エージェントがこれよりも多くのデータをDDboost経由で転送しようとすると、例外がスローされます。

Resolution

失敗したバックアップがある仮想マシンをホストしているハイパーバイザーにアクセスします。
WSMan:\localhost\MaxEnvelopeSizeKb のサイズを確認します (管理者として PowerShell を使用)

値をデフォルトの500から、送信するバイト数よりも大きい値に増やします
