Bericht: 
WARNING: Some of the SNMPv3 users are configured with authentication protocols MD5 and SHA, which are deprecated in the target FOS version. 
Please migrate to using SHA512 as soon as possible after upgrade. 
Using SHA512 will be required to upgrade to the next FOS release.


Configuring SNMPv3 User Account:

Ga als volgt te werk om het SNMPv3-gebruikersaccount te configureren:
  1. Meld u aan bij de switch met de beheerdersrol.
  2. Voer de onderstaande opdracht uit om toegang te krijgen tot het SNMPv3-configuratiemenu:
`snmpconfig --set snmpv3`
  1. Selecteer het verificatieprotocol SHA512 (optie 4) voor het SNMPv3-gebruikersaccount.
  2. Voer een nieuw authenticatiewachtwoord in en bevestig dit.
  3. Selecteer het privacyprotocol als AES256 (optie 4) voor het SNMPv3-gebruikersaccount.
  4. Voer een nieuw privacywachtwoord in en bevestig dit.
  5. Sla de wijzigingen op en sluit het configuratiemenu.

De SNMPv3-configuratie verifiëren:

SNMPv3 user configuration(snmp user not configured in FOS user database will have default VF context and admin role as the default):

New Auth Passwd:

Priv Protocol [DES(1)/noPriv(2)/AES128(3)/AES256(4)]): (1..4) [4]

New Priv Passwd:

SNMPv3 trap/inform recipient configuration:

Trap Recipient's IP address : [10.173.120.xx]

Let op: Het gebruik van SHA- en MD5-verificatieprotocollen is verouderd en kan problemen veroorzaken in toekomstige FOS-releases. Het wordt aanbevolen SHA512 te gebruiken als authenticatieprotocol voor SNMPv3-gebruikersaccounts.

Additional Information

Het wordt aanbevolen om SHA512 te gebruiken, omdat dit het ondersteunde authenticatieprotocol is op FOS 9.2.0.
