新しいDM5500アプライアンスには、 configType プロパティを REST API ペイロードであり、古いターゲット・システム・スキーマでは認識されません。この結果、 400 Bad Request エラーが発生しました。 /api/v2/sync-source-configuration call

ログ分析では、次の情報も表示されます。

• configType: null in the payload
• Multiple BeanCreationNotAllowedException warnings

この問題は、DM5500とPowerProtect Data Managerシステムの任意の組み合わせで、バージョンが一致していない場合に発生する可能性があります。

ターゲットのPowerProtect Data Managerシステムをバージョン 19.19.0-20 以降にアップグレードします。

• PowerProtect Data Managerバージョン 19.19.0-20 および 19.19.0-27 は、ディザスター リカバリー構成と互換性があります。
• バージョンが調整されると、同期ジョブは正常に完了します。
