• 대상: 버전 19.19.0-15를 실행하는 PowerProtect Data Manager 시스템

최신 DM5500 어플라이언스에는 configType 해당 속성 REST API 이전 대상 시스템 스키마가 인식하지 못하는 페이로드. 그 결과 400 Bad Request 오류 발생 중 /api/v2/sync-source-configuration 통화

로그 분석에는 다음도 표시됩니다.

이 문제는 버전이 일치하지 않는 경우 DM5500 및 PowerProtect Data Manager 시스템의 모든 조합에서 발생할 수 있습니다.

• PowerProtect Data Manager 버전 19.19.0-20 및 19.19.0-27 은 재해 복구 구성과 호환됩니다.
• 버전이 정렬되면 동기화 작업이 성공적으로 완료됩니다.
