ECS：Obs：错误 3000 （http 403） 在命名空间管理员访问 IAM 时弹出错误

在OBS 4.1、OBS 4.2和OBS 4.3中，当命名空间管理员尝试访问OBS UI -> 管理-身份> 认证访问管理（S3）时，显示以下错误：

Error 3000 (http 403): This operation is forbidden for this resource using using the specified credentials. Insufficient permissions for user <namespace administrator>
 

1. 创建新管理用户 是否带“System Administrator”“System Monitor”“Security Administrator”

2. 创建新命名空间并分配在步骤 1 中创建的“namespace Admin”：

3. 注销，然后使用命名空间 Administrator 登录

4. 单击 Manage ->Identity and Access Management （S3），并显示以下错误：

OBS UI中的代码问题

1. 通过单击“x”关闭错误窗口：

2. 继续创建 IAM 用户。
    

该问题已在OBS4.4版本中修复。
