El operador de PGO no pudo renovar los certificados 

Reinicie el cert-manager

kubectl rollout restart deployment cert-manager -n powerflex

Resultado esperado:
- Se reiniciaron
los pods del administrador de certificados- Se renovaron todos los certificados administrados
- Se renovaron
los certificados del pod de PostgreSQL- El pod de réplica se inició
correctamente- El sistema volvió al funcionamiento normal
