Après l’installation du composant de la console SourceOne et une fois que la fenêtre MMC de la console SourceOne est ouverte, l’erreur ci-dessous s’affiche :     
 
MMC n’a pas pu créer de composant logiciel enfichable.

Причина

Le problème est dû à l’installation du package redistribuable Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (x86) manquante. Ce logiciel fait partie des conditions préalables à l’installation de SourceOne Console.

  2. Télécharger Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (https://www.microsoft.com/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=26999)
  3. Installer Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
  4. Installer la console SourceOne

L’équipe de développement de SourceOne prévoit d’améliorer le module d’installation de SourceOne Console pour vérifier si la version correcte de Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 est installée avant d’installer la SourceOne Console.

Ce problème devrait être résolu dans les versions de correctif d’EMC SourceOne Email Management postérieures à la version 7.2.9.xxxx.
