NVP vProxy: nsrvproxy_mgmt fails to redeploy vProxy with connection timeout error
Summary: NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) vProxy redeployment fails because of a firewall port issue.
Symptoms
Log extract from of /nsr/logs/adhoc/nsrvproxy_mgmt/vproxy_upgrade_session_vProxy-name.log reports:

ERROR: [@(#) Build number: ###] vProxy deployment error: Post https://HYPERVISOR_ADDRESS/nfc/FOLDER_PATH/disk-0.vmdk: dial tcp HYPERVISOR_IP:443: i/o timeout :nsrvproxy_mgmt: Vproxy Upgrade: Cannot get desired Visd status for Redeploy request. Either an error occured or Visd was unable to process request in expected time. From the extract above, there was a timeout communicating with port 443.
Cause
Firewall issue blocking port 443. This connection may be blocked on a network device or locally on the ESXi host operating system.
Resolution
The NetWorker server, and vProxy appliance must be able to communicate with port 443 on the vCenter server and ESXi host where the vProxy resides.
NetWorker command: nsrports -t HOSTNAME -p 443
vProxy command: curl -v HOSTNAME:443
Any connection issues in this port communication must be resolved by the VMware and Network administrators.
