发生存储区损坏时， cmgshield.log 文件包含类似于以下内容的行：

SDE 存储区包含端点的用户和设备策略。如果保管库损坏，则设备没有要强制执行的策略信息。发生这种情况时，注册表中的扫描时间变为空。当资源清册从端点发送到 Dell Data Security 服务器时，它会报告空白或空扫描时间。

要解决此问题，请升级到 Dell Encryption Enterprise（或 Dell Encryption Personal）v10.9 或更高版本。10.9 添加了额外的检查功能，以实现存储区损坏检测和修复。
