受影响的平台：

  • Inspiron 灵越 14 Plus 7441
  • Latitude 7455
  • XPS 13 9345

原因

Qualcomm USB4 不支持 Thunderbolt 1 和 Thunderbolt 2 设备。

解决方案

计算机正常工作。

仅将 Thunderbolt 3 或 Thunderbolt 4 设备连接到基于 Dell Qualcomm 的计算机。
