• 停 Symmetrix 管理应用程序服务器服务
• 重命名或删除 ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json file
• 开始 Symmetrix 管理应用程序服务器服务

或者，使用 Windows 命令行：

• Net stop EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server
• 重命名或删除 ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json file
• Net start EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server

在 Linux 中：

• systemctl stop u4p.service
• 重命名或删除 .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json file
• systemctl start u4p.service
