說明

DD3300 使用自訂的 Dell R740xd 平台，其中實體插槽編號從 0 開始，而 Data Domain 軟體則從 1 開始識別磁碟。此不相符會在將警示資料與實體磁碟位置相關聯時造成混淆。

瞭解 DD3300 上的插槽編號差異。

  • 實體插槽：從 0 開始。
  • 軟體磁碟 ID：從 1 開始 （格式： Enclosure.Disk，例如， 1.18) 的資料儲存應用程式和系統中執行。

使用以下圖表，根據警示中提供的磁碟識別資訊，確定要移除的磁碟。
