Avamar Server è stato aggiornato da 19.4 a 19.7.
PDM ha esito negativo con il seguente messaggio: 
Errore durante il recupero delle attività. Failed with HTTP error code:404 additional information" HTTP Status 404 – Not Found.

Si tratta di un problema a livello di software.

1) Accedere al sistema operativo dell'utility node Avamar come utente root.

2) Modificare l'autorizzazione di preferences.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Riavviare il servizio Tomcat 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
