Dell 主動式手寫筆會導致 Dell 筆記本電腦螢幕關閉
Dell 筆記型電腦擁有者可能會遇到 LCD 問題。當主動式手寫筆太靠近鍵盤和手掌墊上的特定位置時，螢幕會關閉。
將 Dell Pro Premium 主動式觸控筆PN7522W放在開啟的筆記型電腦上時，LCD 面板會進入新式待機模式。
原因
筆記型電腦會使用鍵盤下方和掌托下方以及 LCD 前蓋中的霍爾感應器來感應筆記型電腦上蓋闔上的動作。闔上筆記型電腦上蓋會導致 LCD 螢幕關閉。
Dell Pro Premium 主動式觸控筆PN7522W包含兩個 N54 磁鐵。這些磁鐵的殘餘感應約為14.5至14.9。這與霍爾感應器用來感應上蓋闔上時的磁感應相符。
當手寫筆靠近鍵盤和觸控墊的特定零件時，會觸發霍爾感應器。LCD 顯示器會關閉並進入新式待機模式。
