在 Data Domain 系統上可能會看到下列內容：
發出Fielsys 清除狀態時，清理作業會在完成時顯示：
  
sysadmin@DD# filesys clean status

然而 ，檔案系統清理觀察 顯示清理仍在執行中：

系統如預期運作。以下是上述行為的原因：
DD 清理的程式會回收與最近刪除的資料相對應的磁碟空間，最後是清理的第 5 階段 （「複製」階段）。
 
注意：DD 清理有特定的階段數目，這些階段在過去幾年中已經有所改變，因此在較早的 DDOS 中，「複製」階段可能不是第 5 階段。「複製」階段是第二個至最後一個階段，「摘要」階段永遠是最後一個階段。


清理作業從 （messages.engineering 記錄中） 開始

根據記錄，清理作業會在 11 月 16 日從 05：33 執行到 16：02 的複製階段：（在 ddfs.info 記錄中）

複製階段結束時，已完成的清理作業會新增至記錄中。  （在 messages.engineering 記錄中）

這也是磁碟空間的回收完成，也是下次執行可清理計算的基礎：

清理的摘要階段會重新建置摘要向量 （在內含新資料時用作優化）。在此階段中，不會再回收磁碟空間。
