Reset a user password
You can reset the password for an existing user account.
- Click Access > Membership and roles > Users.
- In the Actions column for the user, click Actions > Reset Password.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- The Reset Password window opens.
- To view the new password, click Show password.
- To copy the new password, click Copy new password.
- Click Close.
