The value of "Power Available for Server Power-on” can increase after PSU failure and recovery, without any changes to the underlying chassis hardware components.
Resolution
For actual power consumption of the chassis, in the CMC GUI, go to the Chassis Overview > Power > Power Monitoring > System Input Power .
