Installing the display panel

  1. To install the display panel:
    1. Connect the eDP cable to the connector on the back of the display panel and affix the adhesive tape [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].

    2. Align the display panel with the tabs on the display assembly.
    3. Replace the 4 (M2.0X3) screws to secure the display panel to the display assembly.

  2. Install the:
    1. display bezel
    2. display assembly
    3. palmrest
    4. WWAN card
    5. WLAN card
    6. hard drive
    7. keyboard
    8. battery
    9. base cover
    10. SD card
  3. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
