AppSync GUI reports the following error when the extent is smaller that the volume. VPLEX Devi VPlex volume being 1:1 mapped;ce mapping failed for device:device_X with error: Device:device_X extent:extent_X is not 1:1 created on storage volume:X and is not supported by AppSync. Only fully encapsulated VPLEX volumes are supported.

A service plan in which VPLEX can fail with the error "VPLEXClientFactory - could not obtain lock within 5000MILLISECONDS/10000MILLISECONDS." Also, while editing the service plan and in the create-copy phase, selecting the VPLEX cluster, the error appears as above.

AppSync: AppSync UI is slow and spinning while listing SQL related copies of service plan or copies under host
While listing the SQL copies of a service plan or of a host, the AppSync UI slowed and continued to spin. The environment has a service plan which was running at 30 minutes interval through out the day and configured to retain 96 copies.
