Replication Connection creation can fail with Error 0x6500128 if the required replication interfaces are not configured on both the local and remote Dell Unity systems before the connection is created. Verify that replication interfaces exist and are correctly configured under Data Protection > Replication > Interfaces on both systems. To resolve the issue, remove the failed Replication Connection, create the required replication interfaces on both Unity systems, recreate the Replication Connection, and then create the necessary replication sessions.

In Dell Unity OE 5.0.x, the Resume confirmation message displayed after a Failover with Sync operation incorrectly states that a full synchronization will be initiated for all selected replication sessions. This is a user interface messaging issue only and does not affect actual replication behavior. Dell Unity Development has identified the issue, and a fix is scheduled for Dell Unity OE 5.1, where the Resume summary message will correctly reflect the replication operation being performed.
