A Gen6 half-chassis (only two nodes populated) is shipped with the nodes in bays 1 and 2 on the left hand side of the chassis. The empty right-hand side bays (3 and 4) are populated with filler panels. If the nodes are moved to the right-hand bays, the filler panels cannot be moved to the left hand bays because they do not fit.

Affected Product: PowerScale OneFS (Releases prior to 9.13) S3 client applications operating against a PowerScale OneFS cluster reports "invalid UTF-8" or XML parsing exceptions when performing `ListObjects` or `ListObjectsV2` (GET Bucket) requests. This issue affects environments where standard ASCII filenames contain special characters, most notably the percent sign (`%`).
Updated:  May 22, 2026 ID: 000467708

Affected Product: OneFS 9.7, 9.13, and earlier S3 `ListObjectsV2` API requests fail with XML parsing errors on the client side. This issue occurs selectively when the requested bucket contains files with names that include invalid character encodings or non-UTF-8 byte sequences. If a client attempts to access one of these specific offending files directly by S3, OneFS will correctly throw a `400(InvalidURI): Path cannot be encoded as UTF-8 string` error. However, during a `ListObjectsV2` directory walk, the API request succeeds with an HTTP 200 OK, but delivers a malformed XML payload that fails the client's parser.
