Performance impact may result when a high rate of vStorage API Array Integration (VAAI) UNMAPs occur on a director (more than 400 unmaps per second). Director CPU usage spikes to 100%, front-end domain latency spikes, and front-end latency for non-UNMAP operations (reads and writes) may increase beyond acceptable levels.
