AppSync

After a reboot, Windows non-clustered devices were not coming online when using PowerShell to online the devices. Coincidentally, the AppSync plugin was recently installed.

AppSync: AppSync may not tolerate renamed VMWare vDisk (Virtual Disk). Mount will fail due to AppSync still using the old vDisk names on mount.

After an upgrade to AppSync 3.8 or after introducing a VPlex configuration into an existing AppSync environment Oracle Service Plans that previously worked may fail with Event [ORCL_000055]: Protection on the DB Failed. Archive Log/FRA Destination cannot be on the same consistency group as the data files/control files/redolog files. Non Hot Backup Service Plans work fine.

AppSync server logs is keep on growing and not working.
