Removal
Cover
Identify the cover highlighted in blue.
Pull the release latch to release the cover.
Rotate the cover and lift the cover to remove it from the computer.
PSU hinge
Identify the power supply unit (PSU) hinge highlighted in blue
Unlock the release tabs on the back of the system
Rotate the power supply unit hinge up to an open position.
Bezel
Identify the bezel highlighted in blue.
Lift the retention tabs to release the front bezel.
Rotate and pull the front bezel to release the front bezel from the slots on the chassis.
I/O panel
Identify the I/O panel highlighted in blue.
Disconnect the I/O audio cable from the connector on the system board.
Unroute the cable from routing guides next to the system board on the chassis.
Disconnect the system board power connector and SD card cables.
Disconnect Type-C and I/O cables.
Unroute the cables.
Remove the screw that secures the I/O panel to the chassis.
Lift the I/O panel to release the tabs on the I/O panel from the slots on the chassis.
Pull the I/O panel along with the cables to remove it from the I/O panel slot on the chassis.
Power button module
Identify the power button module highlighted in blue.
Disconnect the power button module cable from the connector on the system board.
Remove the button module cable from the routing guides next to the system board on the chassis.
Remove the adhesive tape that secures the power button module to the chassis.
Press the notches to release the power button module and pull the power button module to remove it from the system.
Install
Power button module
Identify the power button module location highlighted in blue.
Insert the power button module into its slot on the system and press the notches and secure it to the system.
Affix the adhesive tape to secure the power button module to the system.
Route the power button module cable through the routing clips on the system.
Connect the power button module cable to the connector on the system board.
I/O panel
Identify the I/O panel location highlighted in blue.
Insert the I/O panel tabs into the slots on the system.
Tilt the I/O panel to secure it to the system.
Install the screw to secure the I/O panel to the system.
Route the cables through the routing channels.
Connect Type-C and I/O cables.
Connect the system board power connector and SD card cables.
Route the I/O audio cable through the routing clip next to the system board on the chassis.
Connect the I/O audio cable to the connector on the system board.
Bezel
Identify the bezel location highlighted in blue.
Hold the bezel and ensure that the hooks on the bezel align with notches on the computer.
Rotate the front bezel toward the computer.
Press the front bezel until the tabs click into place.
PSU hinge
Identify the power supply unit (PSU) cage highlighted in blue.
Rotate the power supply unit cage downwards into the system.
Lock the release tabs to secure the power supply unit hinge to the system.
Cover
Identify the cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the hooks on the cover with the tabs on the chassis of the computer.
Rotate the cover until it clicks into place.
