Removing 3.5–inch hard drive assembly
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer .
- Remove the:
- To remove the hard drive assembly:
- Disconnect the hard drive assembly cables
from the connectors on the hard drive.
- Press the blue tab [1] and pull the hard
drive assembly out of the computer [ 2].
- Disconnect the hard drive assembly cables
from the connectors on the hard drive.
