OptiPlex 3090 - Boot - No Hard Drive detected

Hallo,
habe folgendes Problem. Ein neuer OptiPlex lief ca 2-3 mal, danach kommt sporadisch beim Einschalten (inzwischen immer öfters, fast ständig) das Bios mit einer Fehlermeldung "No Hard Drive detected".
Hier bleibt der PC hängen und piepst wie wild...
Es zeigt am Bildschirm im SupportAssist | On-board Diagnostics folgendes an:
Service Tag: xxxx
BIOS Version 2.4.0
Version ED.1.1.1
Bisher ist auf dem PC neben Acrobat Reader, Chrome und Zugangssoftware fürs Homeoffice nichts installiert.
Der Dell Update Assistent hat auch schon updates heruntergeladen und installiert.
Sonst ist mit diesem PC noch nichts passiert...
Muss der PC zurück an Dell?

The Windows license key should be stored in the BIOS, so you don't need to provide one. When the Windows installation asks for a key, click on the option that states you don't have a key.
I participated in a very similar recent discussion here on the forum. The user's system was located at a university with rather complicated network access, and the Dell tech was unable to get SupportAssist OS Recovery to connect to the internet from the university's network. I believe the Dell policy / repair procedure was to use only SupportAssist OS Recovery, because it would restore the system to its factory state, with not only Windows and its recovery environment (plus all the drivers) but the Dell recovery partition as well. This would allow the technician to rather quickly declare the system fully repaired to Dell's specifications.
I wonder why OS Recovery didn't work on your system. Was the system unable to connect to the internet? Did the utility in the BIOS fail to run?

OS Recovery funktionierte nicht beim starten des Systems, warum auch immer..
Habe es selbst probiert, und der Servicetechniker der da war, auch.
Dank deiner Hilfe habe ich folgende Internetseite von Dell gefunden:

Leider konnte mir der Dell Servicetechniker und der Dell Service via Chat diese Hilfe bzw Info nicht geben.
Der Service wollte immer die SSD nochmal tauschen, obwohl ich gefühlt 20mal gesagt habe dass ich
nur das OS benötige (bzw. Recovery Medium).....
Für alle die das selbe Problem haben, einfach selber auf diese Seite gehen, das Tool runterladen (natürlich auf einem anderen PC der läuft), den Windows Installations USB Stick erstellen, und mit diesem dann den Dell PC starten....
Windows Key muss bei der Installation keiner eingegeben werden, dieser wird aus dem BIOS des Dell ausgelesen.
Der Service von Dell ist grottenschlecht...
Dies beachten bei Neuanschaffungen...

It could be some Windows update has corrupted boot sector of boot drive. Call Dell support for warranty repair which may be done remotely by recovering the OS in factory setup.

Hallo Heiko,
Can you describe the pattern of the beeps? Are the beeps accompanied by flashing of the power button and keyboard LEDs? Can you run the preboot diagnostics from the BIOS?
If the error message is something like "No bootable devices found", then I think perhaps the boot drive contents (the boot sector) have been corrupted. However, once such an error has occurred I would not expect it to be "sporadic," as you say, but constant.
If you truly are seeing a sporadic error message of "No hard drive detected" and beeping, then I suspect an intermittent hardware problem, and it would perhaps be best to return the unit to Dell. Even if the problem goes away, who's to say it won't come back?

Zwischenbericht.
Eine Ersatz SSD wurde geliefert und von einem Techniker eingebaut, jedoch ohne Betriebssystem.
Der Techniker wusste selber nicht bescheid.
Er forderte bei Dell ein Recovery Medium an.
Bis heute warte ich auf dieses, und es geht nichts weiter, ausser leeren Versprechungen des Dell Supports, und "waiting for the parts to be delivered"....
Service ist unter aller Sau...
Der Service läuft nun fast schon 2 Monate...
Kann jemand evtl. helfen?

A few options may be available to you:
I don't know whether Dell's "SupportAssist OS Recovery" utility is offered in your location, or whether it's included on the 3090 (perhaps the 3090 is too new to be included in the support matrix) but you can check if it's available from the system's pre-boot menu (turn on the power, then repeatedly press F12 to access the menu). If it's available, "SupportAssist OS Recovery" running in the system BIOS can download and install Windows, along with all the necessary drivers for the 3090. (I apologize for the US-specific documentation.) I have found that the utility can have trouble achieving a good connection using the internal Wi-Fi, so you may want to connect the 3090 directly to Ethernet to use it.
Alternately, if you have access to another Windows system, you can create Windows installation media on a USB stick, and then boot the media on your 3090. The platform-specific drivers can be installed automatically by Windows Update and/or Dell SupportAssist (not the same thing as SupportAssist OS Recovery); you can also download the drivers manually from Dell's support site.

Der Techniker versuchte das Betriebssystem aus dem BIOS heraus (pre-boot menu) zu installieren,
dies funktionierte aber nicht... (PC war per LAN Kabel angeschlossen).
Ich werde am Wochenende versuchen Windows 10 Pro herunterzuladen und zu installieren
(Windows Media creation Tool).
Funktioniert das (Installation), wenn man keinen Windows key besitzt ?
