Welcome to the Dell Community @delluser989
If you do a Google search you will find many other people reporting false positive Rootkit warnings reported by AVG.
I archive Dell drivers on our server at work and AVG reports around 7-9 as Rootkits.
I got tired of the warnings every time I would log on, so I just deleted them.
Like @fireberd I use Malwarebytes Premium and Defender.

Its an AVG problem. AVG is iffy from what I see on other forums. All I use is the built in Windows Defender and Malwarebytes.

Yes. I suggest you take-it-up with AVG .
Here is a question for yall ... How is AVG still alive when Windows Defender is free, better, and included with Windows ?
