but what are you telling me I'm not asking you, you come and help me like a guy who knows the micro controller behind it and why it does that it does it on all alienware screens, that's for sure.

It's overshoot effect from the overdrive. That's why it goes away when you switch the overdrive to a lower value.

no but I know that's it I'm doing research for blur buster it's just that I would like to know why there is a kind of scan that restarts the display mode.
