AW2521HFA, display issue

Hi Community,

Today randomly I started to get display issue on my few weeks old AW2521HFA. I have Alienware Laptop with Nvidia 3070 GPU working as 'base' and extended screen linked with monitor via HDMI cable.

I have updated NVidia drivers and monitors has got the latest. 
I disconnected monitor from laptop to eliminate software/driver issues and screen with only power cable plugged is still having issues.

Built-in Diagnostics failed on each stage with same problem on every background.

Any ideas what is the issue?
