AW3418DW, BurnIn mode always on
Same thing started to happen to my Alienware monitor, which did cost more than 1000 dollars when bought in 2019. So, yeah, out of warranty, but to me this is not a manufacturing defect and likely a product design issue that was not acknowledged by Dell.

All Alienware monitors post go on this Alienware Desktops board.
You did not post the specific Alienware monitor model? But doubtful that it is using the same panel and menu that the old S2716DG used. Similar issue yes, but different cause.

Mine is a AW3418DW. Unfortunately it is not under warranty, but still unacceptable since it seems many dell monitors end up with this similar issue.
