AW3418HW, flickering, no Customer Support in Bulgaria?

Hi guys,

I'm a bit confused because my AW3418HW was working great until recently when it started to flicker. The confusion came when I contacted chat support and they told me that because I'm in Bulgaria, I have to call an American phone number to get international support. The phone calls to USA cost a fortune here and I'm not feeling great about paying for warranty. Can you give me some sort of advice or an email to international support?
