AW3423DWF, joystick does not work correctly
Hello,
I just bought the monitor a week ago and today the joystick started behaving strangely. First it started by itself to register a press down (when I opened the OSD it constantly moved down), and then it stopped working. It's good that at least the other buttons work normally. Right now in the OSD I can only scroll down. Has this problem happened to anyone? Is it hardware?

To receive assistance from Dell Chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live private chat session. Provide to them the private AW3423DWF Service Tag.
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the AW3423DWF
* Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cable to the AW3423DWF
* Connect one video cable from the AW3423DWF to the PC and retest

Thanks for the reply.
I contacted the Dell Bulgaria representative and from there they told me to send the monitor to the store where I bought it. Since it hasn't been 30 days since purchase, they w ill send me a new monitor and I won't have to wait for a repair.
Now I'm waiting for the new monitor. I hope it doesn't take too long :).
