Ok so I just got home to check this Aw510H echo issue. I was able to tame the echo down in the AWCC in fusion down to none in the com custom settings. Still testing. Y’all may want to try it... pull the left sliders down to -9 ish it’s working for me so far
Wow !. It seems as of right now that as long as I have AWCC running and then tune in fusion under the equalizer then start a game “DCS” it’s fine. But when you shut it down “AWCC” it starts the echoing . It’s like its going to a windows default mode or something. I haven’t figured out how to save the profile yet. Oh well I’ve been at it for an hour or so I’m done for now. I just want to do as much testing as I can before I finally say... send the damn thing back and go with another brand. If your audio presets are not there I would kinda guess that’s is something to do with the AWCC program maybe? Well I’m done for the day ... catcha y’all later
I’m not sure if audio is tied in with the mic. But I went to the speaker icon then the equalizer then to the far right which is custom and just sliding things around I must have said testing 10-4 Roger that ... ahuh about a hundred time until the echo stopped.
I hear ya, same here. I think I’ll try to see if windows 10 has some kind of mic/equalizer thingy dingy that’s confusing AWCC. I just want to fine a default setting somewhere in the system being windows10 or AWCC. I’m new to Alienware systems all there other products. I didn’t know it was a lot of work keeping them working right no user manuals no videos on how to tweak this and tweak that. Whatever!
Well before I shutted everything down for the night I want back into awcc-fusion-speaker icon created a new profile then to the equilizer then to the far right custom setting and took the echo out of the mic by sliding the 3 middle adjustments down to -12 then saved the profile. When I shut down awcc... the mic worked properly, no echoing just like it was adjusted.
I'll have more time tomorrow to dig in on this just because I DONT want to send it back and wait weeks for the replacement.... I don't run external speakers just a headset. Also, I have been waiting 3 months for my Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas still not yet delivered.

I found that the middle 500Hz and the 1KHz are the echo trouble makers

I thought the equilizer was for audio not the microphone?

New pair, issue not solved, equalizer setting make headphones sound like trash. Solution: refund and a get a different brand.
