AW510K keycaps replacement
Has anyone purchase keycaps for this model that is not from Dell?
Apparently they dont offer any keycaps replacement.

That is Alienware which is, in fact, a Dell product. This forum thread may help and this one since if the keyboard is under warranty Dell may be able to help.

I have an Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard that is still under warranty and i purchased in Dell website. The CTRL keycap broke as I use it daily for work and gaming. I called Dell tech support and as I wanted to purchase a replacement keycap but the tech support rejected me and advise to go to sales and buy a new keyboard. Worst support ever and why did i buy an expensive keyboard that claims its has replaceable parts that i cannot be bought anywhere.
