AW768 and AW558 not being recognized by AWCC?
I recently got the AW768 keyboard and the AW558 Mouse and installed the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) to change the lighting effects. But, when I start the software it always tells me there is no compatible equipment connected to my PC. I don't own a Alienware PC but I was told it would work anyways. I reinstalled the AWCC twice already.
No Events found!

Uninstall the AWCC following ALL the steps on this article.
Follow the steps here
Use the AWCC from Microsoft store.

the AWCC from microsoft store is the one that isnt working
