AW768 keyboard, AWCC bugs and identifying

Hello to all!

Today i purchased a "new" keyboard from 2017 and i have a BIG trouble!

Sorry, but few hours let me to hate this software for my keyboard, named 'alienware center'.

I can't set colors for the game, configure macros, all keys lighting by yellow, except left-side function keys when starting the game.

Could you guys, please update your software (November 26, 2019) up to 2020 or DELL will fall in my eyes forever in terms of software!?

Also i need help to identify my device in support center if it possible. Please let me know what information i need to provide you with to solve my troubles.
