AWCC not recognizing AW768 keyboard and AW610M mouse

Hello,

I have an issue with AWCC. I just bought AW768 keyboard and AW610M mouse. I also have AW2720HF monitor. I cannot believe that it is possible that DELL is a hardware maker and also does software for the same hardware which does not recognize its own products.

When I turn on AWCC neither of my products are recognized. I cannot control FX, also macro programming, mouse speed etc. Basically, I can only type and click on them, but none of the software supported features work due to that.

I have tried steps recommended by your agents that are old few months, none of them work. Including uninstalling/installing .NET frameworks, AWCC, latest windows updates, multiple pc restarts. I have windows 10 pro activated licence on latest updates that roll on 2k eur PC.

Please help me fix this issue or I am returning stuff, it is not acceptable to spend around 1000 eur and for this to happen from software perspective.
Thank you,
Best regards,
MQ

Does it give you the option to turn on always ready mode.  On alienware systems doing that puts alienfx to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Last month, I purchased the AW510K keyboard and AW610M mouse for a non-Dell system.  The mouse is being recognized.  I can't speak to country differences.

The mouse settings may be in the win 10 Settings-Devices-mouse area.. But I can set the RGB lighting on the mouse in the AWCC FX section by selecting the keyboard or mouse on the upper right..

What gets me about the AWCC stuff is, when it is active, my Win 10 system will no longer sleep on it own..
