Well, first I will say ... No, that is not a "common problem".
We would then need more details (since you don't mention what "3D modelling and lighting programs" you are using). Maybe even what monitors you are using. But since it happens on two different systems, I would venture to say the problem is the software programs themselves.
Some CAD programs have trouble when the systems have 2 video-cards (like a Nvidia GPU, but also an Intel IGP). Some work better with one of the other (or maybe Direct-X vs Open-GL).
Does it work properly when using only the A51 laptop's internal screen and keyboard ?
I use this programs: Vectorworks, Wysiwyg, Depence2, Cinema 4D, Autocad, Sketchup. I have Dell AW 27" monitor and samsung 75" tv. If I use these programs laptop internal monitor then it is works without fail. I can switch between 2D and 3D view. But if I move these programs external monitors and there I try change view than the programs freeze. The situation same on the desktop AW. The desktop AW is brand new. I think so maybe gpu driver issue or chipset issue. What do you thing?
Neither GPU nor Chipset problem. In fact there's no problem at all with your systems, it's the programs and it's because you are swapping between two different refresh/resolution displays
I would say, likely the programs themselves (so ask their support and/or forums )
... either due to the reasons either I or @Rabbitdude already posted.
I also wonder why you are trying "to work" on a Samsung-75inch-TV ? I suggest you work on (a real computer monitor like) Dell AW-27inch ...
and just use the TV for the rendered output and/or videos.
Yes, you need good/stable drivers. The Intel one should come from Windows-Update. You can get a good Nvidia one from Nvidia.com. Try the "Studio Driver" .
