I'm having the exact same problem as this man (link at end of post) "TtcalUI is not responding". But the Dell personnel never answered it in the thread. It's unfortunate because I spent all this money on the new high end model of the Alienware keyboard and the lights don't even go on for it. Please get back to me when you can.
