No, not if your current stick uses 288 pins.  The 260 pin RAM is mainly for laptops.  Most newer alienware desktops use desktop ram (288 pin connectors).

Danm, so i need to refund these? Also how can i check the number of pins on new and installed ram?

Pretty much most Dell desktops from the last 5 or 6 years are on DDR4 desktop RAM.  It's a standardized format, but if you are worried yeah, crucial is a good place to check.  Non-standard RAM will be marketed as such in the title (e.g., "laptop memory" or "for iMac", "260 PIN" etc.). You can also usually tell from the photo if it's laptop RAM.
